La chambre pour 3 personnes est extrêment petite avec casiment aucun rangement . Vraiment pas fonctionnelle pour un séjour en famille . La chambre sentait l’humidité et était très mal insonorisée . Nous entendions les ramassages d’ordures à 6h le matin . L’accueil est sympa et disponible mais une fois que nous avions réglé la veille du départ , le matin du départ il nous a été dit que nous n’avions pas payé . Bien heureusement nous avions payé par CB et avions gardé le justificatif du paiement par CB. Demandez donc bien systématiquement un justificatif de paiement .

Everything was fine, but I recommend paying attention to the door in your room. They do not close properly by themselves, you have to push them to close properly.

A very stylised and pleasant Ibis hotel. Very well located - easily accessed from the motorway and yet only a short walk from Fréjus port and 20 minutes walk from the beach. Plenty of free parking. Very helpful staff - especially in the bar restaurant. And most made up for our inadequate French with their good English, The rooms are well equipped, and the beds, as always in Ibis hotels, are very comfortable. Free wifi throughout the hotel.

Nothing in the room
It had nothing, no amenities in the room, no cup, no glasses, no paper cup, no kettle..etc Tried to ask the receptionist for a cup, she said “you can go to the restaurant to take a glass to room if you want!!!!” - what a “amazing” service!

Réservation de deux chambres effectuée 15 j avant le séjour et malgré tout nous nous sommes retrouvés à côté de l'ascenseur..tres très bruyant !impossible de dormir pour les enfants et les adultes. Le lendemain nous sommes descendus prendre le petit déjeuner à 9 h 15, remontés à 9 h 30..et là plus d'affaires !.. elles avaient été enlevées et ramenées à l'accueil pour cause de ménage ! Une honte !

Une bulle
Séjour parfait, habituée des déplacements pour le travail j'ai été agréablement surprise par le silence. Enfin un hôtel bien insonorisé ou on entends pas les valises qui roulent les portent qui claques... Un vrai bonheur.
Le confort habituel des Ibis avec en plus une bienveillance generale, particulièrement la personne au petit déjeuner ❤️. Je vous recommande chaleureusement cette hôtel.
